This is a playable graybox exercising rational level design, namely the progression of challenge throughout the level supporting flow.
What I achieved in this piece includes:

Creating gameplay areas that accommodate existing gameplay metrics, control scheme and camera.

Introducing and interleaving 8 gameplay mechanics throughout the level's progression. (Teach, Test, Challenge)

Conceptualizing purposeful level design geometry that supports and contextualizes the game's mechanics.

Designing a well-defined path that guides the player in the right direction throughout the level.

Including a variety of pathing options, including main, alternative, failure and bonus paths.

Balancing risk and reward and offering progression signifiers with strategic collectable placement.

Ensuring complete and functional level enclosure.

Preparing questions and engaging in play test and focus test sessions, processing feedback.
